Effective July 01, 2008, Contract and Procurement Services includes the following functions: Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management. The Risk Management office will continue to be located in Building #80 and Contracts and Procurement office in Building #1 Room #128. The new title for the reorganized department is: Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management. Concurrent with this reorganization, the campus copier program is now managed in Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management.
Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management is a department of the Administration and Finance Division at Cal Poly. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to the campus and off campus community. Contract & Procurement Services provide services in purchasing goods, services and administering contracts for the University.
The office of the Director, Matthew Roberts located in the Administration Building (Building 1), Room 128. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We also have voicemail available for your convenience.
